You can do this one of two ways. Either call 877.Go.XanGo (877.469.2646) where a customer service representative will help you or through your XanGo back office by following the steps below.

1) Login to your XanGo back office at www.MyXanGo.com
2) Click on the 'Profile' tab at the top of the page and select 'ADP Information'
3) Click on the hyperlink, at the page you will be redirected to, that says 'change'
4) Use the drop down menu to select the 3SIXTY5 option you wish to receive
5) Follow the prompts to complete the order
